About Me

How rude of me…. Let me introduce myself. I promise this won’t take long.

When I was a kid growing up in Bethesda, MD I only wanted to be one thing: a Major League Baseball player. When I realized this was not a realistic possibility, I knew I had to find a different route, and I always wanted to be involved in sports.

When I was in high school, I started playing games like MLB The Show and OOTP and would just start commentating those. That’s when I knew I wanted to be involved in sports media.

After my sophomore year of high school, I started my sports media journey by joining Maryland Sports Blog. While there, I covered the Washington Nationals, D.C. United, the Washington Capitals and some local college basketball.

I then started college at Hofstra University in the height of COVID. During spring semester of my freshman year, I joined The Hofstra Chronicle. Immediately, I started covering Hofstra baseball, men’s soccer and men’s basketball. As my time there grew, I eventually added women’s basketball, softball, men’s lacrosse and volleyball to my resumé.

During my senior year, I joined WRHU, Hofstra’s student-run radio station. While there I was an on-air personality for Newsline (the daily newscast), The Batter’s Box (the baseball-centric show), The Pro Take (a New York professional sports-centered show) and The Locker Room (our Hofstra sports-centered program) and also provided intermission updates for Hofstra basketball broadcasts. But the highlights of my time at WRHU came when I got to provide on-air intermission updates for the New York Islanders.

I have also worked in social media. In the summer of 2023, I ran the Twitter account for Cropdusters Baseball, a summer collegiate baseball team in Olney, MD.

Currently, I work part-time for Maryland Bobcats FC, a professional soccer club in Boyds, MD. I work as a broadcaster, social media intern and write the club’s newsletter.

I’m am a lifelong fan of the Washington Nationals, and also root for the Washington Commanders, Washington Capitals, D.C. United and Arsenal in my spare time. Oh, and of course for Hofstra Pride sports.

Wait you’re still here? Wow, I’m surprised you were willing to read my life story. Well, feel free to check out my work.
